JA NOVA SCOTIA AND THE BUSINESS HALL OF FAME 2023

JA Nova Scotia seeks the assistance of a qualified agency to assist with the planning and video production and delivery of rendered videos. The project, at a minimum includes:
4 videos on, of no more than 2 minutes in length, the Class of 2023 Nova Scotia Business Hall of Fame Laureates. These Laureates may be from any location in Nova Scotia and location cannot be provided until the first week of April 2023.
2 videos on JA Nova Scotia. One is to be focussed on the organisation while the second can be focused on the program participants.
The videos will be released at the 30th Anniversary of the Business Hall of Fame Gala Dinner to be held on October 12th and shared on social media sites after the event.

NON-PROFIT CONSIDERATIONS AND BUDGET
JA NS is a non-profit, registered charity. As a result, we are asking that respondents prepare comprehensive quotes identifying all associated components of services. The proposal quote can include a discount for non-profit or in-kind contributions. Charitable tax receipts can be issued for in-kind contributions.
COMPANY ASSETS AND SUPPORT
Past Business Hall of Fame Laureate videos as well as videos about JA Nova Scotia and our programs can be viewed on our YouTube Channel: JA Nova Scotia.
Some B-Roll for the JA Videos may be provided by JA Nova Scotia staff from events happening prior to any service agreement being signed with a vendor.
JA Nova Scotia will provide profile information on each Laureate as well as their contact information for location video scheduling.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The parties shall keep confidential and shall not disclose, directly or indirectly, any information contained in the proposal other than for the purpose of evaluation. The respondent understands that the RFP pertains specifically to the work as outlined and that JA Nova Scotia has no obligation to engage the respondent in future projects. The respondent must adhere to all requirements set out by JA Nova Scotia, JA Canada, as well as the Department of Early Education and Childhood Development and the associated contracts.
